Facilities and Services at Mumbai Airport

At Mumbai airport there are various services and facilities available to all passengers that request them. Some of these amenities are:

 

Wi-Fi

Available throughout all the passenger areas. It is necessary to provide the mobile phone of the user to log in

 

Children’s Care Rooms

Located at both terminals 1 and 2. There are changing diapers and babies can be feed at a relaxed atmosphere. Location:
- Terminal 1B: Opposite Gate A8 and in the Pre-Security Check-in Area II
- Terminal 2: various locations: close to the check-in area, next to South West Pier (Level 2) and after immigration, near the Duty Free area (Level 4)

 

Baby strollers

Baby strollers are provided to make better the experience at the airport. Passengers may know that to use this service, it is required a submission of a photo ID
- Terminal 1B: Service previously requested at: 98 33 30 13 18.
- Terminal 2: Passengers must go to the check-in counters D and K (Level 4) To return the baby stroller, contact with Zone C officer calling at: 8879 99 23 73 or in the Information Desk

- Assistance to unaccompanied minors (below 12 years)
- Children’s Play Area: Location: Level 3 & Terminal 2

 

Prayer Rooms / Meditation Rooms

Only available at Terminal 2 Locations:
- International Departures - Pre Immigration - 3th Level
- International Departures - Post Immigration - 4th Level
- Gate 65 - 3th Level (opposite to gate 86, 43)
